Which stars do you see first.? The large blue stars or the small red and brown stars? The multiple backgrounds and the overlapping of the large stars means that everyone sees something different when they first look at this star.
Whether you use a single background fabric or a dozen, fat quarters or the contents of your scrap basket, this quilt really is easy to make...so long as you like making flying geese. And, while the large stars and the flying geese in the border of the sample are blue, but please feel free to substitute whatever color you prefer. The same goes for the assorted red and brown prints that were used for the small stars. Any color scheme will work, including a very random one. Stella Orange? |
